Shipping & Handling charges will be calculated according to weight, the shopping cart will not reflect the accurate total. You will be emailed with the updated shipping cost and order total prior to shipment.
Most Packages are sent by USPS and will have a delivery confirmation. That number will be mailed to you upon shipping. At your request and expense we will add insurance.
Merchandise and pricing is subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to determine how our product is sold, or to discontinue sale to any company or individual due to the improper use of, or misrepresentation of our products.
Orders must be prepaid 100% prior to shipping. Merchandise is to be examined upon receipt. Discrepancies must be reported within 5 days.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not take returns for refunds. If a wrong item has been sent to you, or something is missing from your order, it will be corrected promptly.
Use of these products are at your own risk. Always do a skin patch test before using, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. We strive for the highest quality products, however, some fragrance oils and essential oils can be irritating to sensitive skin or people with allergies. We will not be responsible for irritation due to skin sensitivity or allergies. If you are having a reaction to a certain product, discontinue use and dispose of the product. You are using it at your own risk and refunds will not be issued. We are not responsible for misuse of products.
